Thorny's Quick Take on Thursday's Episode

Well, though not the most exciting eppy - it was so much better today.

We had Reva and Josh discussing Shayne. Enter Jeffrey. Reva gets a helper with her pregnancy.

We had Remy and Shayne bonding, as Remy helped Shayne with a hangover. Remy discusses Ava with Shayne.

Later Remy and Mel discuss Christina and Ava.

Alan asks Beth to go to China with him. He tries to manipulate her using Lizzie. She calls him on it. Alex and Alan try to get Lizzie to go with them. Lizzie only wants to be with Bill. She and Bill talk more.

Josh tracks down Shayne, after talking to Shayne's doctor and finding out that Shayne's previous accident (the one Josh caused) could be a part of why Shayne is in the wheel chair now. Josh and Shayne have an emotional confrontation as Shayne doesn't want his pity. Josh asks his son if he wants his love?

Buzz talks to Mr. Clean about his kids Then he talks to Coop and tries to get him to let Beth go. Coop will not relent. Later Buzz blasts Beth. Justin Deas gets my of the day for this scene. (Ya know I like the chewing of the scenery. ) However, Beth will also not be deterred. Coop and Beth talk about the China trip and he tells her to lie to Alan that she can't go because she has to attend some kind of school conference in another state. Thus, while the cat's away, two little mice named Coop and Beth can play.

Beth goes home and feeds the lie to Alan. And I think Ava shows up at the end.
