Dayna's In-depth Recap: Episode 15749, Friday, August 28, 2009

Billy tells Josh about his plan to woo Vanessa. She wants to be courted so Billy is going to do that for 52 dates. He will then pop the question to her. Is he just going to carry his ring in his pocket? No he's going to put it on his dresser so he will be reminded of the task at hand.

Frank thanks the Cooper clan for showing up at Company. Buzz is back. How is he doing? Frank has no clue. Did he find Cyrus? Frank has no clue. Does Frank know anything? Frank says no. He's just worried about his dad. Buzz was off when he was talking to him on the phone. Something big happened down in Australia. Buzz walks in and says he's fine. The Cooper clan hugs him. How was his trip? Very illuminating. Did he find what he was searching for? More. Treasure? A treasure more amazing then Buzz could have ever thought. Daisy says she's glad she missed the breakfast shift. Buzz tells the Cooper clan to come outside. Did he leave it out there? Nope. He wants them to come meet someone again.

Cyrus is pacing around. Remy watches and chuckles. Cyrus looks like he's getting ready for a blind date. Cyrus is not sure who is going to be the most pissed off when they find out that he is Jenna's son. Marina, Frank or Lillian. Remy warns Cyrus that Marina has a nasty right hook. Cyrus knows as he continues to pace. Remy says it will be fine. Cyrus is family. They will all love him. Cyrus is not so sure about that concept. Coop started on that book for a reason. The reason is that Cyrus is Coop's big brother. Cyrus says that Frank didn't want him to date any member of his family. Cyrus is pretty sure Frank will not like Cyrus being his brother.

Rafe tells Natalia that he's not coming home. Natalia is not going to pressure him to do that. Rafe says that he can't come home. Rafe has enlisted to be in the Army. He leaves in two weeks.



Rafe tells Natalia to eat something. He can't go away. Rafe has been planning on this for a bit. He needs some direction in his life. The army can give him that. He can't be a cop so this is the next best thing. Rafe want to move on with his life. He doesn't want to have low end jobs for the rest of his life. He wants more. Natalia says that Rafe is just impatient. Something will come along eventually. Rafe says that he's not going to wait. He can even come back and go to college when he returns. How did Rafe do this? How did he decide? A couple of days ago. Why did he not tell his mother? She was gone. He never told Frank then. Rafe is a man he can make his own decisions now. He signed the paper work himself the other day. They will just stop it. Natalia did not sign anything. Rafe says he's been signing his own paperwork for a long time. Rafe is 18 years old. Natalia does not get why her son wants to go over there and get himself killed. He could get killed while being a cop in Springfield. Natalia was fine with that. It is different. Rafe says he's going to be serving and protecting on a larger scale. How can Natalia expect her son to accept her decisions when she can not do the same for him?

Josh finds Vanessa at Towers. Josh asks to join her for breakfast. Does he come there a lot? He's trying to get out of a rut. Vanessa just finished a meeting so she's having some coffee. Josh can join her. Vanessa says it's tough at the station. TV is not the same medium it was years ago. Vanessa then admits to Josh she goofed. She should have married Billy when she had the chance the other day. Josh is taken aback. She wanted to marry Billy even after the incident with the pillow case. She was mad but he was right. She wanted to be wooed and Billy is wooing her with a vengeance now. Vanessa says that life is short. She loves Billy and wishes that hey were married now.

Billy see Matt at the mini mart. Billy tells Matt that he's going to woo Vanessa for a year then marry her. That is ambitious. Vanessa is worth it.

Buzz wants to take the Cooper clan outside. Frank can't. He has to man the phones. Buzz tells Frank to bring the phones then. They all have close their eyes. They can do a conga line outside. Buzz walks everyone out. Remy tells Cyrus that Buzz is coming out. Buzz walks over to Cyrus. Buzz tells everyone to open their eyes. Marina says that all she sees is her louse of an employee. Buzz says that Cyrus is more than that. Christina says she sees her sneak of a husband. Remy realizes that he's in the dog house. Blake asks Buzz what they are looking for. Buzz introduces the Cooper clan to Cyrus. Lillian says that they know Cyrus already. Buzz says that they don't know who Cyrus is really. Frank asks what the heck his dad is doing. Buzz tells everyone that Cyrus is Jenna's son and Coop's brother. Cyrus is the treasure that they found in Australia. Cyrus is family now. Marina and Frank are not sure what the heck to say.



Buzz tells everyone this is why he thinks that Jenna and Coop sent him on that journey to Australia and New York. It's why Buzz has always had a connection to Cyrus. Cyrus is family. Frank says that Cyrus is not a blood relative. Buzz asks when that has ever mattered. Cyrus knows that this is shocking news for all of them. He was shocked as well when he found out. Lillian welcomes Cyrus to the family. Marina and Frank groan. Cyrus has always been fond of all of them. He will make sure to work hard to deserve to be a member of the family. Blake heads off and calls Ashlee. Blake says that Buzz is back. The end of the book is great. They can meet later to type up the last chapter of the book. Blake cheers. Cyrus tells everyone he is still getting used to the news. Buzz hugs his son. Marina is not sure that she ever will. Daisy is confused. She thought that they were getting money. Marina says no they got someone who steals money. Cyrus winces at the low blow. Buzz tells everyone that they are going to head inside to celebrate Cyrus, Coop and Jenna Bradshaw. Marina asks her dad if this is possible. Frank says with their lousy luck. It is probably true.

Frank's phone rings then. It's Natalia who really needs to talk to him. She's at the post office. He will head over there now.

Olivia sees Josh at the Beacon. She's sorry for jumping his bones the other day. Josh says it's fine. It was the highlight of his day. Olivia says that it will not work out with her and Natalia. Josh says he's sorry. Josh tells Olivia about the run in with Reva and the wedding dress. Between the two of them, Josh has sworn off women. Olivia has as well. Olivia says she owes Josh for helping. Josh knows and she's going to pay up.

Billy sees Vanessa at her hotel room. He wants to take her out but she must change her shoes. They are going to have lunch at the gazebo. He wants to take a walk. So she can change her shoes. That is not happening. Billy says good because he has always loved those shoes. Billy and Vanessa leave.

Josh tells Olivia about Billy's botched wedding attempt at Towers. Vanessa still wants to marry him. They just crossed their wires. It happens. What can Olivia do? Josh wants to get into Billy's room and take the engagement ring. They are going to be doing a date later at the gazebo. Josh is just going to give his brother the push he needs. Olivia is impressed. Josh is such a romantic. Does she have her pass key? She does of course.

Frank sees Natalia at the post office. The baby is fine. Rafe enlisted in the army. He wants to go away and get killed. She wants Frank to stop him. Frank says that there is nothing they can do. Rafe is an adult. Rafe is not a little boy anymore. He is a man. This time is not about what Natalia wants. It's about what Rafe wants. Natalia has to respect that.



Olivia and Josh arrive at the Gazebo. Olivia is impressed. Lewis boys are full of charm. Josh says that is true. Where do they put the ring? In the glass. What if Vanessa drinks it? What if Billy sits there and the ring is gone forever? Olivia says they can put the flower on the plate. Billy will take it from there. Josh is impressed. Olivia knows what women want. Josh says that they hide now. Why hide? So they can watch. Olivia likes.

Natalia is heartbroken at the mini mart as she drinks a quart of milk. Remy sees her as he tries to find flowers for Christina. Natalia tells him about Rafe enlisting. Remy is impressed. He considered that. Christina will love the pictures.

Rafe shows up at Company. He wants to tell Buzz, Frank and Daisy the news. What is the noise inside? Daisy tells Rafe that Cyrus is Coop's brother so it's sort of a family reunion. Rafe can come in to. He's family as well.

Frank grumbles as the Cooper clan watches pictures of Australia with Cyrus. Blake sees that. Frank says that he can't stand it. Does everyone forget all the damage that Cyrus has done to this family? Blake says that Frank hired Cyrus to work at the SPD. He's a good man. Frank says true but he doesn't want Cyrus as his brother. Remy walks in with flowers. The Cooper clan tells Christina to forgive her hubby. Remy was sworn to secrecy. Cyrus agree. Christina take the flower but no kiss.

Vanessa is charmed by Billy's plan. She's even more impressed when she sees the ring in the glass. Billy has no clue. Vanessa fishes it out. She assumes that Billy is going to put it on her finger. He is.



Josh walks out and asks Billy if he has any clue what just happened. Billy realizes that Josh set it up. Billy thought it was a dream but was hoping it was not. Josh talked with Vanessa. Olivia helped him get the ring. They put the ring in the glass. Billy thanks his brother. Josh says it was mean to be. Billy better not screw it up this time. Where is Vanessa? She's gone to tell Matt. Vanessa is a good woman. Billy knows he's lucky. Josh kisses his brother and leaves.

Vanessa sits with Matt. She tells him that Billy proposed. Matt thought that Billy was going to do 52 dates then propose. He didn't even make it to one. Vanessa said yes. Matt says congratulations. Matt wishes Vanessa the best.

Cyrus and Marina are pouring drinks for everyone. Is she o.k. with the turn of events? He knows that it is weird that he is a member of the family now. Marina says not weird. Odd. Peculiar. Troublesome. Freakish but not weird. Will they be alright now that he is her step uncle? Marina says that last week she would not have been fine with it. This week has taught her that surprises happen. You just have to go with the flow. Cyrus has to learn how to be a better bus boy.

Buzz tells Lillian in the kitchen how much he's missed her. Not many loves would let their current love chase after a past love. She's his current love. If she has no clue then he has to work harder at his job. Buzz kisses Lillian.

Cyrus pulls Remy aside. So it's good with Christina? It will be. Remy is wearing her down. How is it for Cyrus today? It's good. He's still here right. He's supposed to be. He's a member of the Cooper family. Daisy walks over. Family? So that means he can take out the trash now. Cyrus laughs. Cyrus asks if Daisy is o.k. with him being her step uncle? Daisy says yeah. The Cooper clan is healing. Coop would love that. Cyrus hugs Daisy. He hopes his brother would be happy.

Rafe tells Frank the news that he's enlisted. Frank is very impressed. Frank calls out the Cooper clan. Rafe tells them the news. They are all impressed with him. Frank hugs Rafe.

Olivia finds a heartbroken Natalia outside of her room. The baby is fine. It's Rafe. He's enlisted. Natalia needs Olivia to reassure her that everything will be fine. She needs to stroke her hair and reassure her that she's a good mom. Olivia can't do that. She can call congress. She can give money. She can be a good friend. She can't be more than that. Natalia stomped on her heart when she ran out the last time. Olivia can't take the chance of that happening again. She will do whatever she can as a friend only.



Vanessa and Billy cuddle in the gazebo. She asks how he did it. Billy fudges. She wants to get married soon. So does he. Vanessa and Billy kiss.

Buzz chats with Rafe telling him that they are all proud of him being a soldier. They don't get the choice that he made but Buzz does. Rafe will see things over there that will change him. There will be magnificent and horrible things. Those things do not make Rafe a man. This choice right now does. Buzz hugs Rafe. Rafe leaves. Lillian walks over and hugs Buzz. He has an odd collection of kids in his family. Buzz knows. The family is expanding every day. Especially today. It's what it is all about family and connections. You need to hold onto that.

Josh sees Olivia outside her office. They did good. Vanessa and Billy are very happy. He thanks her for being a good friend. How is she? Not good. Does she want to talk about it? Not really.

Natalia prays that Rafe will be alright at the church. She's not sure about this next challenge. She's not sure she's taught Rafe all he needs to know before he goes to war. He could get hurt or die over there. Natalia asks God to watch over her son and keep him safe.

Bank tells the Cooper clan that Company is too far in debt. It is not making enough money. The bank is going to have to call a foreclosure before the Cooper clan declares bankruptcy. Buzz is devastated by the news.

Dayna's In-depth Recap: Episode 15748, Thursday, August 27, 2009

Lizzie is relaxing in front of her house when Christina walks up. What is she doing? Relaxing with no guilt. What has Christina been doing? Nothing as well. Remy is off working a secret case with Cyrus for the SPD. Where is Bill? He's gone to get some tiles. Alone? No Lizzie sent Matt along with explicit instructions on what not to buy. Maybe they should do some work on the house then? Lizzie says thanks. The guilt is back. They should go and caulk something.

Remy asks if Cyrus always wears his dog tag. He does. It's the only thing he has from his mom. Where is that journal entry? It's right here. Where is this place? On the edge of town. They should go and find the treasure so they can help Buzz out of his money troubles. Cyrus picks up a muffin to eat. Remy says that they no time to eat. Cyrus needs to get his butt going so Remy can get home.

Frank sees Blake and Ashlee. They all agree that Marina should not come in today. She has enough to deal with on her plate. Marina arrives. She's sorry for the delay. The alarm went off late. Henry is with Daisy right now. What can she do to help? Go, sit and have a tea. Ashlee put the mail by the phone. Marina looks a them and leaves. Ashlee tells Blake that it is good that the book is with the publisher. The money from it could really help the Cooper clan. Marina growls reading a report from the bank. The bank will not waive the penalties for the second loan that Buzz took out to bail Cyrus out. They owe more money than they first thought.

Josh sees Shayne walk into HB Lewis and Sons. Shayne knows that he has been a mess for a while. First with Lara then with Dinah. Shayne has been using it as an excuse to keep being mad. He can't do that anymore. Shayne really needs a job. Josh says of course. Josh says they can go to lunch to celebrate. Shayne says that he has to go actually. He has a list that he is ticking off. Is that all Josh is? Yeah. Shayne will have lunch with Josh later. Shayne thanks his dad and leaves.

Reva chats to Jeffrey's picture as she makes a sandwich for Jonathon. A visibly Jonathon watches his mother. He walks over and picks up the sandwich. He asks the picture if he can have this one. Reva asks what the heck her son is doing. Jonathon says Reva is doing it all the time. Jonathon mind as well.



Reva tells Jonathon to stop. Jonathon is going to go lurk around for a bit. Reva says that her son has gotten so good at that. The phone rings. It's Shayne. How is he? He's good. He will be better when he apologizes for being an ass yesterday to her. Reva gets what he said. Shayne tells his mom not to do that. No one has to understand. Why did he call? He gets it now. He says that he gets that they did not connect but it doesn't matter. Shayne is her kid. Reva is his mom. That is all that matters. He knows that his mom loves him. As for the rest of the stuff, they will deal with it as it comes. They are both doing the best they can with the situations. Reva says she loves her son. Shayne has to go. Go? Shayne has a list that he is ticking off. Get a job from Josh. Apologize to his mom. Shayne will call her later. Reva tells the picture that Shayne is a good son. He's a bit weird but that is o.k. Shayne calls Marina then. He wants to talk to her and set up thing with Henry. She can meet him at Company.

Jenna left some treasure down in Australia. Cyrus went to find it alone without telling Buzz. Frank can not figure out why everyone is so blind to Cyrus being a con man. Marina will ignore that comment. Frank asks how much more this family is going to lose because of Cyrus. Blake overhears and calls Ashlee. She tells Ashlee to get the book back from the publisher. They are not done yet. Another chapter is unfolding. Ashlee will try and do that.

Josh knows that it's not his grandson but he will still spoil the kid rotten. Lizzie hopes so.

Marina walks up to the gazebo and sees Shayne. Why is she out there? How is she? Shayne knows that she has a lot going on in her life. He doesn't want to sound insensitive. He wants to talk about Henry. Marina expected as much. It must make the stuff with Mallet seem so final. No so real. Shayne tells Marina that he is Henry's dad. Marina is also still Henry's mom. Marina is shocked. Shayne says that Marina is the only mother that Henry has ever known. They are going to raise Henry together. He wants to do this together? Yes. Marina thought that Shayne was going to take Henry away from her. Shayne says he would never do that. Marina say that they can call the lawyer and fill out custody paperwork. Marina and Shayne hug.

Frank is trying to find out information on Buzz. Blake tells Frank to eat his sandwich. She made it for him. He missed lunch. Frank is doing too much right now. Does he want Blake's opinion? She is going to ask first. That is a first. Marina will be fine. She's smart and strong. She has a wonderful family around her. All this stuff with Buzz and Cyrus is going to work out very well. Blake is certain of that. Frank is not going to help his family if he doesn't take care of himself. Frank agrees to take a bite of his sandwich. He likes it. Blake says she has to go the Beacon and get her computer. Ashlee calls. She got the book back. Blake says good because the last chapter is about to unfold and it will be incredible.

Cyrus tells Buzz he got it all wrong. Buzz lashes out at Cyrus assuming that Cyrus wants to swipe the treasure for himself. Cyrus is going to double cross him just like Frank said would happen. Buzz brought Cyrus in. They shared the story together. Whatever treasure they find belongs to Jenna and Coop. Cyrus is visibly hurt. Remy comes around the corner with a board assuming trouble. Cyrus tells Remy to hold off. Buzz tells Remy to arrest Cyrus. He's stealing from his family. Remy can't do that. Remy tells Buzz that Cyrus is there to help the Cooper clan. Cyrus wants to help to find the treasure so he can help Buzz with his money troubles. He was? Buzz is stunned. Cyrus wants to help. Buzz turns to Cyrus. Why no tell? Cyrus was not sure if there was anything valuable there to begin with. He didn't want to get Buzz's hopes up. Buzz tells the boys to get digging. The spot is over by the tree.

Reva sees Blake coming and greets her with pink lemonade. Jonathon looks at the pictures again. Reva thanks Blake for bringing some grub from Company over. Blake was in the neighborhood. Reva could have gotten it but Colin just went to sleep. It's not as if Reva can't go out of the house. Blake says it's fine. She didn't leave the house for two months after Ross died. She talked to his pictures all the time. Blake says it takes a couple of months for a widow to meet new people. So Blake does not think that Reva is crazy? Blake completely gets it. Blake says she has go to. Reva is fine.



Reva walks into the house with the food. Jonathon pushes his mother asking why she did not invite Blake inside. Jonathon says that this is crazy talking to the pictures. Jonathon tells his mother to stop hiding. She drove off a bridge last time. This time she's hiding in her house. It's the same thing. Reva gets ticked off and says that Jonathon is doing the same thing. He's running as well.

Cyrus, Remy and Buzz dig by the tree. Buzz hits a box with his shovel. Cyrus digs up the box. He lifts it up. It's light. There is something inside. Buzz tells Cyrus to break the lock which he does. Buzz says that Jenna was an amazing woman. Cyrus continues to dig hoping for more treasure. Buzz opens the box. He is puzzled by the contents. Remy asks what it is. Buzz says it's a chain. Cyrus says that a necklace is harder to heist then you think. Remy asks what there is on it. Buzz says numbers #032055. Cyrus looks up stunned what? Buzz again says the numbers. They are Jenna's birthday. Cyrus is stunned. Wow. Buzz asks what is wrong. Cyrus pulls out the dog tag that he always wears. Cyrus says that they are the same. Buzz takes the chain and looks at it. They are identical. Where did Cyrus get it? Cyrus says that it's the only thing he has from his mom when he was placed in the orphanage. Buzz says that Grady has one as well. He gave it to Daisy. Cyrus sheepishly says that was a fake. Cyrus explains that when he was younger he was placed in the same foster home as Grady. Grady was much younger and trouble. Cyrus took him under his wing. Cyrus made a cop of the dog tag and gave it to Grady. He did that so the services would think they were brothers. Grady was the closest thing that Cyrus had to family. Grady still does not know that the tag is a fake. Buzz says that Grady is not Cyrus' brother. No not blood. Cyrus says that the only truth that the told about the dog tag was that the numbers are his mum's birthday.

Ashlee is waiting on the phones for a call from Buzz. Christina and Lizzie walk in. Frank is on the computer online dating. Lizzie plays a joke on Ashlee with the phones. Frank says that Buzz is in Australia tracking down Cyrus. Christina smells a rat. Remy said he was on a secret mission with Cyrus. Frank says that is hogwash. Christina is pissed off and tries to call her husband. Lizzie asks if she can get a sandwich. She realizes that nobody heard her so she leaves.

Blake walks out of her hotel room and sees Josh. Blake says that she saw Reva. She's on her way back. She's having her ups and downs but she will level off eventually.

Reva and Jonathon face off over the pictures. Reva says that they make her feel better. She's not losing her mind. She doesn't let people in. Reva says that people grieve in different ways. Jonathon is doing the same thing since Tammy died. Reva tells Jonathon that he can not judge her. He will not let Sarah see her mother. Lizzie loves her daughter. Jonathon says he's keeping his daughter safe from Alan. Reva says that is hogwash. This is about Tammy. Jonathon says that normal people grieve by crying, holding a couple of pictures and letting people help. They do not wallow inside alone. Reva says she can do normal. She can go out alone. Can Jonathon watch Colin for a bit? Good. Reva leaves.



Lizzie sees Reva at the mini mart. Is she stocking up on bottles for Colin. There are cute ones over on the side with giraffes on them. Lizzie can stop by later to see Reva. Reva says no. Colin has the sniffles. Lizzie says that she and Bill are planning a play room. Bill wants to have kids. Lizzie will never forget Sarah but she thinks that Bill would make a good dad. Reva gets that. You can't put your life on hold for someone. Lizzie wonders what Sarah would look like right now. She asks Reva again if she has seen Jonathon. Reva fudges badly. Lizzie is an incredible mom. Any kid is lucky to have her as a mother.

Shayne sees Jonathon getting his pack together. Is Reva there? No she went out. Is he leaving? It's time. Reva likes having Jonathon around. Jonathon is not sure if he's making their mom better or worse. Shayne gets the idea of Jonathon living for his kid now. It makes Jonathon a good dad. Jonathon thanks Shayne. He left a note for Reva. Can Shayne take Colin to the babysitter? Of course. Shayne and Jonathon shake hands. Shayne wishes his brother the best.

Marina is outside of Company when Blake shows up. Blake says it's fine if Marina is not fine. Marina's whole life just got turned upside down. Mallet just up and left. Marina tells Blake to stop it. Mallet was doing what he thought was best. Marina doesn't get it now but she will. Mallet did what he had to do. He was doing the right thing for Henry. Marina misses her husband. Blake gets that. Marina will for a long time. Marina says thanks. Blake hugs Marina.

Remy sees a note in the box. Cyrus nervously tells Remy to take it out and read it. Buzz pulls it out. It's Jenna's writing. Jenna was sent to Australia when she was 16 when her parents found out that she was pregnant. Cyrus sighs as he fights tears. Buzz reads as Jenna says that it was too much for her parents to take. It was too much for her as well. She was heartbroken when she had to give her baby boy to the orphanage. Cyrus fights back the tears as he realizes that he is Jenna's son. Jenna says that Cyrus was her greatest treasure. Jenna left the dog tag in the box. The numbers are her birthday. The matching dog tag is with her son. She hopes that she will be able to come back one day and dig it up. She will then use the dog tag to prove that she is his mother. Buzz is stunned by the contents. Cyrus fights back the tears barely holding on. Buzz says that Cyrus is Jenna's son. Cyrus is Jenna's son and Coops' big brother. Of course he is Coop's brother just look at him. Cyrus is really fighting back the tears now. Buzz says that this is what Jenna wanted them to find. It was all about Cyrus. Buzz hugs Cyrus as Cyrus finally crumbles.



Marina, Shayne and Henry are all at Cedars. Shayne is holding his son. Marina says that Henry loves the bear cub that Shayne gave him. It's his favorite toy. Really? Henry grabs Shayne's face. Shayne laughs. He's got a good grip just like his mom. Henry wants to go to Marina. Marina tells Henry that Shayne is his daddy. Shayne says that Marina is Henry's mother. Shayne is going to make sure that all of them have a great life together.

An emotionally drained Cyrus leans back against a tree. He laughs. It explains a lot of things right. Buzz laughs like the fact that Cyrus has been entangled with the Cooper clan since he came to Springfield. Yeah. Remy says it explains why Cyrus is such a good thief. Cyrus is honored that Jenna Bradshaw is his mom. Buzz laughs. Imagine what the rest of the family is going to think of this news. Cyrus groans saying that maybe they should keep that under wraps for a bit. Buzz says hogwash. Jenna worked a long time for this to come out. She knew that Buzz would treat any son of hers like his own. Buzz is Cyrus' dad. Cyrus is a Cooper whether he likes it or not. Cyrus sighs laughing saying that Frank is going to love this.

Blake and Frank continue to online date as Josh walks in. He razzes Frank about the online date. Frank offers to make him a burger to get him to shut up. Will that work? Possibly.

Reva walks in and sees the notes from her boys. C-ya that is all she gets from Jonathon. Reva tells Jeffrey that she misses him but she can't keep talking to the pictures.

Jonathon is seen hitchhiking down the road.

Billy tells Josh that he is going to court Vanessa for a year then propose to her. Rafe tells Natalia that he is not coming back. He's leaving in two weeks. The Cooper clan sees Buzz again. They ask Buzz about his trip. Buzz says it was very illuminating. Did he find treasure? Treasure more amazing then Buzz could imagine.

Steph's In-depth Recap: Episode 15747, Wednesday, August 26, 2009

Part One:

Olivia at work, gets a note to go to the roof.

Mallet talking to Lillian at the mini mart. He tells her he moved out on Marina. Not sure if she has told the Coopers. Asks Lillian to keep an eye on Marina.

Frank at Marina's. Wants OJ. Marina is boxing up Mallets stuff. She tells Frank that Mallet is moving out. She says she can't explain everything and they won't be together anymore. Frank finds this hard to believe. Frank is mad, going to look for Mallet.

Holly walks into Company and see Blake. Holly talks about old memories. Blake says that is why she called her mom.

On the rooftop, Natalia asks Olivia to have breakfast with her because she knows Liv doesn't eat breakfast and Liv likes to eat outside. (lots of background noise here).



Back to the gals: more noise. Liv says she can't go back, she wants to go forward. Liv doesn't want. Natalia says she can wait. She apologizes to Olivia and tells her that they can work things out.

Holly and Blake talking. Blake likes working at the restaurant. Holly can't stay. Blake needs her. Holly was early, Blake sends her out for errands and will meet her for lunch.

Henry and Marina are at the park. Telling him Mallet is leaving and may visit sometimes. Mallet loves them very much. Marina is crying. Henry making noise. Lillian comes along, says she talked to Mallet.

Frank goes to see Mallet. Frank is mad and wants to know why Mallet is leaving Marina. He says things have happened and he can't say. Frank says it isn't good enough. Frank wants the reason, Mallet is his best friend. (Sound broke up on my sat here). Frank looked like he was really letting Mallet have it! Frank never wants to see Mallet again.

Shayne toss the baseball in the park. Mallet comes up to him, compliments his slider. Says he appreciates that Shayne gave the doc his medical history. Mallet is glad Henry has Marina. Shayne agrees. Mallet says Henry has a father, it's not him and that Shayne is here and he wants him to be a part of Henry's life. M&M can't keep Shayne out of Henry's life, Mallet doesn't want to be on the outside, so he moved outl.
Shayne asks about Marina. Mallet tells Shayne he needs to step up and be Henry's dad and teach him how to throw the slider.

Lillian says that Marina and Mallet should take some time. Marina tells Lillian that Shayne is Henry's bio father. He is Shayne and Lara's baby. Things are getting more complicated and Shayne is becoming more a part of Henry's life every day. More garbled sound here.

Olivia and Frank at the mini mart, he is buying beer. Olivia is chiding him, say that's not a good example for the baby. Asks him if he wants a cup of coffee. Offers him the last muffin. He tells Liv his bad day is due to Mallet and Marina breaking up, not her and Nat. Liv is surprised.

Holly goes to visit Ed. She looks beautiful as always. She is only there for the day. He says he is in SF for a couple more weeks. She is in a good place.

Blake comes in to the mini mart. She asks him why he is drinking so early. He says it's for later. She talks to him.

Mallet is back at the house goes to a packed box with a note. There is a picture of him Marina and Henry. He takes it out and looks at it.

2nd half:

Mallet packs up boxes. Daisy is looking for Marina. Mallet tells Daisy he is moving out. Daisy asks if they are divoricing. Mallet says yeah, he can't live there anymore. Daisy says that sucks and everyone will be mad at him. Daisy says shes mad. He says one day it will make sense to everyone. Daisy says she will him, hugs him, he says he'll miss her too.

Liv runs in to Blake and Holly in the hall of the Beacon. Says she needs her mom,. she is writing a book about lost loves and needed her mom. Holly mentions she visited Ed. Blake then brings up Roger. Holly invites Liv to join in their lunch they are going to get room service.

At the park, Shayne sees Marina and that Mallet told him. He tells Marina he will be there for Henry and that he wants to be part of Henry's life. Marina hands Henry to Shayne. Mallet is watching from afar.

Holly says she has learned that with relationships, sometimes you need to let it go, but, says she doesn't know anything about relationships. Blake leaves Holly with Liv. Holly asks about Liv's love affair and admits its a she. Liv tells her about Nat and says she has never loved anyone as much.

Mallet gets a call on his cell. Thanks the caller for coming through for him. Walks up to Marina and Henry. Says the agency offered him a job overseas and that if he takes the job he leaves tonight. Mallet says it's for the best if he leaves now. He will be calling a lawyer. Shayne tries to excuse himself. Mallet says he is leaving in an hour. Asks Marina to hold Henry one more time. He loves Henry. Tells Henry that Shayne is his dad. Holds Henry for a bit, gives him back to Marina and leaves.

Blake is at the cemetery. Talks to his grave. Telling Ross. she is writing a book. Says she is thinking alot about love. Thinking about the love her parents had, what they had. Crazy love that turned into comfortable love. Blake doesn't think that will never happen for her again. She is looking forward to what comes next. Then cries. She is in tears. Ed comes up behind her. Blake says that Ross says that Ed Bauer was his best friend. Ed says that Ross was the good friend. She says she talked to "Ross" today about love.

Mallet tells Frank he got a job with "the agency" and is leaving right now and has said his goodbyes. Turns in his badge. Franks says nothing. Mallet leaves.

Steph's In-depth Recap: Episode 15746, Tuesday August 25, 2009

Part One:

Phillip at the cemetery. He needs to sit and think. He says yesterday with Rick and Emma was great. Phillip is going to spend time with James, Lizzie and Beth today.

Bill and Lizzie are at Company with Billy and Vanessa. Vanessa forgives the guys for the arranged wedding. Says she is officially being courted. Tells Billy he is doing okay.

Reva leaves Jonathan with Colin to go to the mini mart. Jeffrey calls. Asks how Reva is. Things are slow on the Edmund front. No luck in killing Edmund yet.



Music plays. Shayne on bed looking at picture. Cut to Mallet watching Marina with Henry. Mallet goes to Marina and says he can't be part of this family anymore. Marina tells Mallet that leaving is not the answer. He says it is never going to be. She says they are a family and worth saving and takes sacrifice. She asks if it's what because of what happened at the doctors. He says no. He doesn't think the situation is fair to anyone including Henry.

Shayne shows up at Cross Creek. Shayne is surprised that Jon is watching Colin. Jon wants to know why he is there. He says he wants to see his mom and Colin. Shayne asks Jon if he will ever stop running. Jon says no. Asks Shayne if he has kids. Shayne says no. Jon says he doesn't understand. Jon has fatherly instincts and it makes him feel like a man.

Philip wants to spend time with James. He rebuffs Phillip and says he doesn't like him.

Back at Company with the Lewises. Phillip walks in. Says that Lizzie used to sleepwalk. Tells of a story of her sleep walking as a girl with no clothes on watching the cars go by. Lots of laughter. Phillip asks if he can steal Lizzie for a bit.

Back to Crosscreek. Shayne is wondering about Jon after all of the stories he heard about from Reva. Jon says Reva never talks much about Shayne. Reva walks in. Happy her 3 out of 4 sons are together. Reva and Jon are joking. Shayne not looking happy. Reva asks if Shayne is okay. He says he is. Jon starts making fun of Shayne.

Next, back to M&M's house. Marina tells Mallet she knew he would feel like the way he is when he found out that Shayne was the father. Mallet says they have 2 choices. Give Henry to Shayne or Mallet leaves. Marina is upset. Says she can't do this now.

2nd half:

Jon wants Reva to take a picture of Jeffrey down. She won't do it. Says she has already taken some down. She says she will tomorrow. Jon says it is just weird. Talk about Bill and Lizzie, Reva says Lizzie has matured and misses Sarah. Jon doesn't seem to care. Says its the way it should be.

Phillip and Lizzie are spending time together. They are glad they can be close like they are now. Lizzie hopes she can be that way with her kids.

Bill comes along Mallet playing ball. Bill tells Mallet he knows what he did for Dinah and thanks him. He says Mallet did the right thing for Dinah. Asks why Mallet is playing ball by himself.

Marina is talking to Henry at the park. Says she wants to make the right decisions for him. Mallet is the best man she has ever known. She wants things to work. Shayne arrives. Henry smiles at Shayne. Marina tells Shayne he has been through alot and he will survive. Shayne wants to make sure her and Henry are okay and he cares about them. He says the more he sees Henry, the more he wants to be there. Marina says they aren't going anywhere. They will be around.

Phillip goes to see Beth. She is studying. He offers to help her.

Lizzie and Bill are at Cross Creek. Jon on phone with Jeffrey. Says he doesn't see any of Edmunds people. Jeffrey says he can leave. Jon says he wants a few more days. Bill hears something, he and Lizzie go to check it out.

Shayne at CC, he asks Reva why she doesn't have any pictures of him. She says she does. She says all her pictures right now are of Jeffrey because she went nutso. Shayne says he knows Reva loves him, but, doesn't feel connected to him like Jon or Colin. Shayne says it's no ones fault. He wants to know how a parent can't have a connection with his kid. He says he doesn't want his kid to feel that way.

Mallet back home. Henry is sleeping. Mallet wants to talk to Marina. Marina says Mallet is right and alot has changed, but, things can work. Mallet says it probably could. He says its not about him, but, about Henry. He knows that Shayne wants to be part of Henry's life he needs to know his father. Mallet says they can't hide the truth and they can't be a happy family. He says he didn't trust Marina and they got back together to give Henry a family. Mallet says Henry has a family whether he stays or goes. Mentions the 2 choices again. Marina can't walk away from Henry. Mallet doesn't blame her for that. Marina is Henry's mother, Lara is dead. Mallet loves Henry, but, he can't deny Shayne access to his son. He can't do the sharing thing with Shayne. Marina wants to know how she is supposed to do this. He says she can raise Henry and that Shayne wants to be a father. Mallet doesn't see how he fits into the picture. He says Henry deserves a chance to bond with both of his parents. Marina doesn't know how Mallet can walk away. Mallet says he thinks he will go. Lots of tears and then a kiss between the two.

Phillip and Beth are picnicking together.

Vanessa and Billy go into her room.

Jonathan is hiding from Bill and Lizzie. Bill talks about making a baby with Lizzie. Jon is listenning. Lizzie says they should go home and make a baby.

Reva gives Shayne a beer. Says he will be a great father someday and that Shayne is a great person. He wonders what will happen if he doesn't connect with his kid. Reva says she feels a connection with Shayne and being his parent is one of the best things that happened to her. Ask if he feels connected to Josh. He says he does. Reva says life is a roller coaster, especially parenting. She says you have to jump on and go for the ride.

Back at Harley's old house. Mallet tells Marina this is the hardest thing he has ever done. Says he loves Henry and Marina. Henry is crying. Tells her to call him if she needs anything. Mallet takes his suitcase . Henry and Marina cry.

Steph's In-depth Recap: Episode 15745, Monday August 24, 2009

First half:

Phillip and Lillian are talking. She doesn't want him to waste anymore time. He says he is going to spend one on one time with the ones he loves and tell them he is dying.

Natalia goes to Olivia. She is looking for a job. Olivia wants Natalia to leave. She says she knows what Nat is doing and it's unfair.

Cyrus is banging on Remy's wall. Remy is reading Jenna's journal. It mentions buried treasure. It is apparently at Jenna's parents former home in Australia. Cyrus wants Remy to go with him.

Buzz and Christine is read more of Jenna's journals. Daisy gets a text from James. Christine tells Daisy that she should just admit she likes him.

Alan tells James that Daisy is off limits and Coopers and Spauldings don't mix. What they are building is important. Alan says he doesn't want a Cooper to get in the way.

Remy says he isn't going to Australia to particpate in anything illegal. Cyrus says if he finds something he will give it to Buzz. He says he's not taking Buzz, because he doesn't want to get his hopes up. Cyrus wants Remy to join him to keep an eye on him.

Buzz and Lillian talk about Jenna's stuff. Frank comes along. Lillian congratulates Frank.

Natalia keeps pressing Olivia for a job. Olivia doesn't want Nat around to remind her that she loves Natalia. Liv wants some distance. Nat leaves Liv is crestfallen.

Phillip tosses a basketball to James. Asks James if he wants to play. James tells him to call Rick. James says he doesn't want to.

Shayne is going through Dinah's stuff. Daisy and Christine show up. He is going to give Dinah's clothes to them.

Marina and Mallet has Henry at the doctor for a checkup. Bloodwork won't be back til the next day. Asking them about vaccinations. Mallet tells doctor they may be able to get the father's medical records. Mallet suggests they call Shayne. He says it's best for Henry's health concerns. Mallet says he will talk to Shayne about it.

Emma is doing artwork. Phillip shows up. He wants some one-on-one time with Emma. Liv tells Phillip that Nat is pregnant and her and Nat won't be together. Emma is happy to see Phillip and spend time with him.

Daisy and James are playing mini golf.

Cyrus rips out a page of Jenna's journal. He walks in to company and tells Buzz he is leaving the country. He says he has some things he has to do and has been putting them off to help Buzz. Cyrus tells Buzz to keep working on things.

Christina catches Remy packing. He says he is going out of town with Cyrus for the SFPD. Says he will be gone a couple of days.

Alan is at work. Olivia shows up. She tells Alan that Natalia needs a job. She says Gus would have wanted him to give her a job.

Frank spots Nat at the mini mart filling out a job application. Alan calls. He says he is busy. Says Spaulding is shorthanded. Says he needs an executive assistant. She says she is available and will be right over. Olivia tells Alan that Gus would be proud of him.

Second half:

Buzz goes to the police station to see Frank and tells him about the page ripped out of the journal. Frank doesn't seem to happy but says he will see what he can do to help his dad.

Mallet goes to see Shayne as Henry's dad. He says the doctor would like to know the parents medical history. Mallet asks for Shayne's medical record in case there is an emergency. Shayne says he doesn't have records. Mallet says Shayne could fill out a questionnaire for the records. Shayne says he will do it. Mallet says he just wants what's best for Henry.

Olivia and Lillian are talking at Company. Lillian is excited for Olivia because she says it's exciting that her best friend is pregnant. Lillian says that Natalia needs Olivia there for her during the pregnancy.

Alan notices that Natalia is pregnant. He asks her how she is feeling. Alan tells Natalia that Olivia pitched Natalia for the job. Despite everything Alan says Nat is practically family and hires her.

Phillip and Emma are riding the teeter totter. He says he would spend every day with her if he could. She asks for ice cream. Rick comes along. Phillip asks Rick if he has some time later. Rick says he does and asks for a push on the swing.

Rick and Phillip are shooting hoops. Olivia shows up, girls vs. guys in bball.

Christina sees Natalia and congratulates her and asks when she is due.

Frank tells Buzz that Cyrus went to Australia with another person. He tells Buzz that Jenna had written about buried treasure in Australia.

Shayne shows up at the hospital. Tells Marina he came to the hospital he came there to put info in Henry's file. Doctor comes out tells Shayne to come back with him. Marina gives Henry to Shayne to hold.

Daisy and James head back to Company after mini golf. Alan shows up at Company and tells Daisy to stay away from James and that he will make the restaurants problems to go away. James overhears and says the answer is no. He goes on to say that Alan needs to listen and he doesn't want to fight and doesn't want to be at war with Alan. James says he likes Daisy, she may even be his girlfriend. Then he tells Alan he will be at the office later.

The girls beat the guys at basketball. Phillip and Rick talk. Phillip tells Rick he is his best friend and always will be.

Ed is at his office. Lillian walks in. He says he is going out of his mind with the research on the numbers on Phillips case. He thinks Phillip maybe able to have a major bone marrow transplant, but, it is risky for the donor and Phillip may still not survive.

Emma and Liv are going for a popsicle at the park they see Natalia. She thanks Olivia for talking to Alan about the job. Emma invites Nat to dinner. Nat says not tonight, but, they will have dinner soon.

Buzz is packing. Frank tries to dissuade him from going to Australia. Franks offers to go, but, Buzz wants to leave immediately. Buzz is afraid Cyrus is going to get his hands on what is buried.

Mallet sees Marina, Shayne and Henry bonding at the Dr. office.
